The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking compassionate ENT/Otolaryngologists to join its outpatient multi-specialty practices in Manhattan

Otolaryngologist:

The practice is located in Morningside Heights which is a neighborhood on the West Side of Upper Manhattan in New York City. Morningside Heights is located in Upper Manhattan, bounded by Morningside Park to the east, 125th Street to the north, 110th Street to the south, and Riverside Park to the west. The neighborhood is zoned primarily for high-rise apartment buildings, though ground-floor stores are also present on Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. In practice, much of the neighborhood is composed of structures for the neighborhood's religious or academic institutions.

General Otolaryngologist: The Mount Sinai Health System's Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery seeks a Fellowship-trained General Otolaryngologist to manage care across the Mount Sinai Health System. The position offers faculty unparalleled opportunities in clinical care and research. Consistently ranked among the best by U.S. News & World Report, the Department demonstrates excellence in all facets of clinical care, education and research. The Head and Neck Institute, Ear Institute and Grabscheid Voice and Swallowing Center are internationally recognized for innovations and advancements in the field. Some of these include the first robotic surgery for oropharyngeal cancers in New York, endoscopic surgery for otologic tumors and transgender voice care.

West 53rd 8th Avenue
This practice will be located on West 53nd Street and 8th Ave. Hell's Kitchen is a neighborhood that is considered to be bordered by 34th Street (or 41st Street) to the south, 59th Street to the north, Eighth Avenue to the east, and the Hudson River to the west. Hell's Kitchen has become an increasingly upscale neighborhood of affluent young professionals as well as residents from the "old days." Ninth Avenue is noted for its many ethnic restaurants. There are more restaurants and food carts and trucks on Tenth Avenue between 43rd and 47th Streets. Hell's Kitchen's side streets are mostly lined with trees. A newer park in Hell's Kitchen is the Hudson Park and Boulevard, which is part of the Hudson Yards Redevelopment The ideal candidates will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like our talented physician candidates to have a passion for outpatient medicine and be fully committed to mission of Mount Sinai Health System.

Position Qualifications:
? Medical Degree from an Accredited University
? Ability to obtain a New York license
? Board Certification or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
? Active DEA license and BLS and ACLS certification
? Demonstrated professional competence and integrity and ethical conduct of practice
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, bedside manner and organizational skills
? Patient focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care and service to all patients
? A strong work ethic and desire to participate in team-oriented, performance-driven Health System
